Inventa has vast experience in the design and
realisation of JetReactor Pilot Plants. These modular
units are used successfully for technical, economical,
environmental, and safety studies of various gas/liquid
and liquid/liquid reactions.
Inventa
Pilot Plants allow a series of processes to be performed
under well controlled conditions and accurate
measurement of important process parameters such as
temperature, pressure, raw material dosing,
distillation, rectification, condensation as well as
filtration.
The Inventa JetReactor Pilot Plant may be operated
manually or in a semi-automatic mode and is ideal for
process screening studies and testing of new
products/applications.
The Pilot Plant can be equipped optionally with
instrumentation to acquire quantitative data on the heat
generation rate of reaction as a function of time. The
Pilot Plant may also be equipped with separate
pre-treatment and post-treatment vessels.
