The Laboratory Plant is the latest innovation of Inventa
for technical, economical, environmental and safety
studies of various gas/liquid and liquid/liquid
reactions based on the JetReactor Technology.
The
Laboratory Plant allows a series of processes to be
performed under well controlled conditions and accurate
measurement of important process parameters such as
temperature, pressure, raw material dosing,
distillation, condensation as well as filtration.
The Inventa JetReactor Laboratory Plant may be operated
manually or in a semi-automatic mode and is ideal for
process screening studies and testing new
products/applications.
The Laboratory Plant can be equipped optionally with
instrumentation to acquire quantitative data on the heat
generation rate of reaction as a function of time. The
Laboratory Plant may also be equipped with separate
pre-treatment and post-treatment vessels.
