LAS VEGAS February 27, 2008 -- Nutri Pharmaceuticals Research, Inc. (NPRI) today announced the following organizational changes:

Godfrey Yew, 50, currently president and chief executive officer, has been named to the newly created position of chairman and chief executive officer.

Kimberly Baker, 57, currently vice-president, operations, will succeed Mr. Yew as president.

Jacque Linton, 55, currently general manager, succeeds Ms. Baker as vice-president, operations.

Having worked alongside her for nearly my entire tenure with NPRI, I have seen first-hand how she has served the company in an ever-expanding role and done it quietly, efficiently and effectively, ” said Godfrey Yew, NPRI chairman of the board and chief executive officer. On Ms. Linton’s appointment, Mr. Yew said: "During her brief time with NPRI, Ms. Linton has overseen the transformation of the company into a global provider of quality proprietary functional ingredients, relocation of our headquarters and expansion of our manufacturing and technical facilities including installation of a state-of-the–art testing laboratory, along with oversight and implementation of USDA, HACCP and cGMP certification activities. She is a superb choice to guide the company in its operational and on-going technical activities."
